Who we are

DAT'APEX LIMITED, a company registered in Ireland under number 762412, with its registered office at Pod 2, The Old Station House, 15A Main Street, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, A94 T8P8, Ireland, runs PatchTempo and this website. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

For any question or request about your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect and why

Free audit form. Your name, work email, company, website or app address, the number of servers or apps, what you write about your setup, your confirmation that you manage the site, and the date. We use it to answer your request and prepare the audit. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).

Emails you send us. Your address and your message, used to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you (article 6(1)(f)).

Technical data. When you visit the site, our host Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure website.

We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no third party sees your visit.

Data from your systems

What we see in your servers and code during an audit or the monthly service is covered by the data processing agreement we sign with you, not by this policy. Our security page summarises how we handle it.

Who receives your data

We never sell your data and never share it for advertising. It is processed by these providers, only for the purposes above:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): website hosting and protection, email routing, and storing audit requests in a database located in the European Union before sending them to our inbox
  • Proton AG (Switzerland): our email inbox

Where data leaves the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework when the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Switzerland is covered by an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Audit requests and emails that do not lead to a contract: deleted three years after our last contact with you.

If you become a client: for the length of the contract, then for the periods required by law, for example for accounting.

Technical logs: kept by Cloudflare for its own limited retention periods.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected]; we answer within one month.

You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) or to the authority where you live, such as the CNIL in France (cnil.fr).

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and its date. Important changes will be shown clearly on the site.
